Prevention Consultants of Missouri is working with Phelps County Child Advocacy Network as part of a grant aimed at prevention of youth substance use in Phelps County. The Drug Free Communities grant was awarded to PCCAN by the Office of National Drug Control Policy and is being administered by Prevention Consultants of Missouri. The DFC Task Force Committee was created as a part of this effort and is comprised of local representatives of Phelps County from various sectors of the community. The DFC’s primary focus is on prevention of youth use of marijuana, nicotine, and alcohol.
